Returns are accepted only, if the product being initiated for Return, is in unused condition, unsoiled with its original packaging along with manuals/catalogs etc. intact and with proof of purchase.

Following are some points you need to consider while you initiate a Return for a product purchased form us at

Return for Covers & Cases:

If your item ordered has arrived in a damaged/broken condition or is not working after receipt (in case of gadgets), please contact our Support Channel within 24 hrs after the product receipt. . 

After returning such product back to us, you can opt for a hassle free replacement of the same, or can choose to receive a Full Refund via Coupon Code / Cash Voucher / Promo Code only.

(PLEASE NOTE: We do not provide refund in its original mode of payment,instead we provide it in the form of Cash Voucher. You can use it on our website for buying any product and you will get full discount of your previous order value.)

Return for Tempered Glass :

In view of the nature of this product, unfortunately, we do not have a Refund or Return policy for Tempered Glasses or Full Body Films. However, we do provide a FREE replacement, if in case the product received is damaged or broken during transit. Since tempered glasses and other similar products requires professional skills for installation, we strongly urge you to kindly take help from a professional only, for its installation instead of trying it yourself.  

Refunds :-

Refunds are applicable, only if the product returned is in its original packaging, unused, unsoiled along with a valid proof of purchase.

  • Full Refunds (As applicable)

Once the item returned is received back at our warehouse, our QC (Quality Control) team will check the product for any damages or faults and will notify you accordingly, about the approval or rejection of the Refund request raised. Once your refund request is approved, we will be sharing a coupon code with you by using which you can get a full discount of your previous order value on your next purchase on our website.

  • Partial Refunds (As applicable) 

There may be certain situations where only partial refunds are granted/approved. In such cases, our team will get in touch with you and will try to sort out any indifference's amicably.
